Due to the specialized nature of our products and services, shipping is handled on an individual basis for each customer. Our refund policy is available to certain items, and must be requested within the first 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange, but we will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if possible.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
